心脏植入电子装置与放射治疗 被引量:2

摘要 自从20世纪50年代后期心脏起搏器问世以来,发展到植入型心脏转复除颤器(ICD)和心脏再同步治疗装置(CRT),迄今为止全世界累计有超过500万患者接受心脏植入电子装置(CIED)治疗;同时,人口老龄化面临着肿瘤发病率逐年升高,作为肿瘤治疗中第二大手段,放射治疗广泛的应用于临床,对于植入起搏器、CRT、ICD的肿瘤患者,放射治疗过程中可能会损害这些心脏植入电子装置.国外已有由于放疗引起体内植入心脏起搏器故障的病例报道,而国内相关报道较少.本文就放射治疗对CIED植入患者的影响以及可能机制加以综述,同时,对CIED患者接受放射治疗的风险管理进行论述.
