INTRODUCTION Congenital megaprepuce （CMP） is considered as a congenital penile malformation, which includes phimosis and severe ballooning of the redundant inner prepuce, conferring the typical aspect of concealed penis, in which the whole attachment is hidden within subcutaneous tissue.
