摘要
目的观察间苯三酚联合双氯芬酸钠治疗急性肾绞痛的临床疗效。方法将116例急性肾绞痛患者随机分为两组,A组58例采用双氯芬酸钠+间苯三酚,B组58例采用双氯芬酸钠+山莨菪碱治疗,于治疗30min后观察记录两组的镇痛效果及不良反应。结果两组总有效率分别为91.3%、73.4%(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率分别为5.2%、22.4%(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合双氯芬酸钠治疗急性肾绞痛效果显著,不良反应少,值得急诊科推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of phloroglucinol combined with diclofenac sodium in the treatment of acute renal colic.Methods A total of 116 patients with acute renal colic was equally randomized into 2groups of A（treated with phloroglucinol and diclofenac sodium）and B（treated with diclofenac sodium and anisodamine）.The analgesic effect and adverse effects were evaluated at 30 minutes after treatment.Results The overall effectiveness rate was higher in group A than that in group B（91.3% vs.73.4%）（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse effects was lower in group A than that in group B（5.2% vs.22.4%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Phloroglucinol combined with diclofenac sodium is effective and with less adverse effects in the treatment of acute renal colic.
