新型药剂在梅山选矿厂的应用

Application of a new type reagent in Meishan Dressing Plant

针对208号油使用成本高、质量波动大、易影响铁精矿产品质量的现状,进行了实验室小型选矿试验、半工业试验及工业试验,结果表明,调和2号油能够满足梅山选矿厂浮选脱硫的生产要求,脱硫后的铁精矿硫品位≤0.5%;虽然调和2号油的用量比208号油稍高,但每年却可以节约药剂成本,且该油质量稳定,不会堵塞加药管。

Aiming at the high cost,unstable quality and easily affecting the iron concentrate quality of 208# oil,laboratory beneficiation test,pilot-scale test and industrial tests by using different oils were conducted. The results showed that the reconciled 2# oil can meet the requirements of desulfurization flotation production in Meishan Dressing Plant. After desulfurization,it is possible to achieve iron concentrate with 0. 5% of S or lower. Although consumption of reconciled 2# oil is little higher than that of 208# oil,the annual reagent costs are lower,moreover,the reconciled 2# oil will not block the dosing tube for its high quality.
