摘要
铬铁合金是冶炼不锈钢的主要原料,随着不锈钢冶炼技术的进步,不锈钢生产对原料的适应性不断提高,为不锈钢原料制备技术的创新提供了可能。以廉价铬矿粉为原料,采用烧结和高炉工艺生产含铬铁水,并直接冶炼成不锈钢,是降低不锈钢生产成本的重要措施。高炉冶炼含铬铁水的生产实践表明,含铬铁水转运过程中会出现粘罐现象,铁水铬含量越高,粘罐越严重。在总结高炉冶炼含铬铁水工艺现状基础上,分析了高炉含铬铁水粘罐的原因,提出了解决粘罐问题的思路和工艺措施,为高炉含铬铁水顺利运转到不锈钢冶炼工序提供参考。
Ferro-chrome is the main material for stainless steel production. With the development of stainless steel making technologies,various kinds of Cr-containing materials can be used to make stainless steel,which provided the possibility of innovation for raw material making technology. Cheap chromite ore fines can be sintered and make into Cr-containing hot metal in blast furnace,and then directly smelted into stainless steel,resulting in low production cost. The practice of Cr-containing hot metal production in blast furnace showed that there appeared sticking problem during the delivery of hot metal. Based on the summarization of Cr-containing hot metal making process in blast furnace,the sticking reasons were analysed and countermeasures were proposed,which would provide reference to the Cr-containing hot metal delivery from blast furnace to stainless steel making section.
