摘要
以工艺段张力辊特有的控制技术为基础,根据张力辊打滑现象,打滑可区分为弹性打滑和物理打滑两类。为了剖析两类打滑特征,进行了张力辊受力理论分析和张力辊组内部受力计算,明确了张力辊详细受力情况和张力辊受力遵循的"欧拉公式"。针对现存的工艺段3套张力辊薄料生产时打滑和辊面寿命短等问题,分析了其产生的机理和打滑临界条件,并提出和实施了改进方案,取得了良好效果,延长了辊面寿命。
On basis of bridle rolls special control methods,two kinds of strip slip are interpreted which are called elastic slip and physics slip according to the slip statement. In order to analysis the feature of the strip slip,the force analysis and force calculation in bridle rolls group are proved to related to "Euler formula". Aimed at solving the strip slip on normal condition and prolonging the bridle roll lifetime,the principle and critical condition are analysed which provides improvement method and even the achievement after the method used.
