椎体成形术后再骨折研究进展 被引量:16

Review of subsequent vertebral fracture after percutaneous vertebroplasty and percutaneous kyphoplasty

摘要 随着社会老龄化的进展,骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)的发生率越来越高。有研究显示,在70岁以上人群中OVCF的发生率已超过20%[1]。OVCF可导致疼痛、活动受限等功能障碍及相关并发症,影响患者生活质量。保守治疗包括卧床休息、佩戴支具、口服药物等可取得一定效果,但长期卧床容易导致骨量的丢失,加重骨质疏松的进展。
