细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤的研究进展

Progress in the treatment of spinal cord injury cell transplantation

脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)是一种严重的神经功能障碍性疾病。我国脊髓损伤的发生呈逐年上升趋势,如何最大程度地减轻脊髓伤残程度,恢复其功能,是医学界研究的热点。目前SCI研究主要集中在手术干预、激素冲击治疗以及药物治疗等方面,但仍缺乏有效措施。近些年,细胞移植治疗SCI逐渐成为研究的方向之一。本文就细胞移植修复SCI的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床治疗SCI带来新的希望。

Spinal cord injury is a serious neurological disorders. Occurrence of spinal cord injury showed an increasing trend,and how to minimize the degree of disability of spinal cord and restore its function,is a hot medical research. Currently SCI research focuses on surgical intervention,the impact of hormone therapy and drug treatment,etc.,but still lack effective measures. In recent years,cell transplantation in the treatment of SCI gradually become one of the direction of research. This article on the research progress of cell transplantation to repair SCI were reviewed in order for the clinical treatment of SCI rehabilitation of patients new hope.
