福建省中学体育教师工作投入现状的调查研究

Investigation on the Current Situation of Fujian Middle School P.E Teachers' Job Involvement

运用访谈法、问卷调查法,对福建省中学体育教师的工作投入进行初步的探讨研究。结果表明:福建省中学体育教师的工作投入状况较好;工作乐趣的得分最高,工作专注的得分最低;不同年龄、教龄、学历、学校类别、职称和地域的中学体育教师的工作投入水平存在显著性差异。

Through the interviews, questionnaire survey method, Fujian province middle school PE teachers＇ job involvement was preliminary studied. The results showed that Fujian province middle school PE teachers＇ job involvement was in good condition; work fun was highest score, the work attention was lowest score; there were notable differences in job involvement level of different age, seniority, education, school category, positional title and region.
