摘要
当前,我国高等教育日益强调创新能力培养。本文以教学实践为基础,探讨了在英语专业教学中通过海报设计原理显性教学对学生图像创新能力发展的影响。通过分析学生作业和结构访谈数据,发现海报设计原理显性教学对图像创新能力培养的效果呈现出比较明显的不均衡性,即部分学生展现出了一定的创新能力,而其他则无明显改观。最后,分析了出现上述结果的影响因素。
Cultivation of creativity across curriculum is a buzz word in China's recent discourses on higher education. This emphasis on creativity, its potential benefits put aside, challenges traditional practices of teaching English majors. Rooted in this intellectual background, this paper explores the possibilities and problems of teaching creativity through analyzing visuals on posters in a cultural class for English majors. Gauging from written works of the learners and data from a structured interview, it was established that the effect of current method varies across different groups of learners.
