A Study on XI Jinping's Thoughts of Governing the Country by Law

党的十八大以来,习近平同志多次发表法治建设重要讲话,阐述了全面推进依法治国,提高党的执政能力和执政水平的目标和路径,极大地丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义法治理论。因此,深入理解习近平的依法治国理念,就要做到:从"大局"、"大势"、"大事"中深刻认识依法治国是我国治国理政的基本方式,坚持依宪治国,维护宪法法律权威;不断深化司法体制改革,严肃惩治司法腐败;规范权力运行,切实"把权力关进制度的笼子里"。

Since the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.Xi Jinping has made remarks on legal construction,who illustrates how to govern the country by law and find the way which enhances the Party＇s governing capacity and the Party＇s governance art.Accordingly so as to enrich the legal theory of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.In order to understand the thoughts of＂govern country by law＂,we should proceed from the general interest as well as general trend of events and should understand that the strategies of govern country by law is a basic mode of governing country.Which demand we uphold rule country by constitutionand safegard its authority.China should deepen judicial system reform and punish jurisdiction corruption,which guarantees the effective operation of the power and locks the power in a cage.
