摘要
在许多实体瘤中常发生3p的缺失,在此位置上存在多个肿瘤抑制基因。RBMS3位于这一位置。它广泛表达于胚胎和成人机体,并参与软骨的形成,促进肝脏的纤维化。近两年来,RBMS3在少数鳞癌中被报道表达减少,并于不良的预后相关。对于RBMS3的功能提出了新的见解,现将RBMS3基因的功能研究进展进行综述。
Deletions on chromosome 3p often occur in some solid tumors and can be located in multiple tumor suppressor genes including RBMS3 gene. RBMS3 widely expressed in embryonic and adult organism. It is involved in the formation of cartilage and promoting fibrosis of the liver. The recent studies showed that RBMS3 was a tumor suppressor gene and has caused widespread attention. The recent research progress of RBMS3 gene function will be reviewed.
