Mechanism Reform of Community Health Service Institutions in Bao' an District of Shenzhen in the View of Strategy Management Theory

本文从战略管理的视角分析深圳市宝安区社区健康服务组织机制改革的基础条件和必然性,认为当前宝安区社区健康服务机构的内、外部环境都为全面改革做好了充分准备。经过前期的大量调研及分析,宝安区最终决定实行渐进式改革模式,并独创"半步走"到"一步走"模式,取得良好效果。

From the perspective of strategic management, the essay analyzs the basic conditions and necessity of mechanism reform of community health service institutions in Bao＇an district of Shenzhen, and concludes that the current community health service institutions in Bao＇an district is fully prepared for the comprehensive reform in terms of both internal and external environment. After a lot of early research and analysis, the progressive reform mode is finally decided and it makes an original creation of “ half step” to “ one step” mode, which achieved positive results.
