Research Progress of Multi- disciplinary Cooperation in Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)多学科合作模式是一种以患者为中心、以多学科团队为基础,为患者提供综合性、个体化的治疗、护理、康复的服务模式,其团队成员常包括呼吸科医生、护士、康复师、心理咨询师、营养师、临床药师、社区全科医生、社区护士、社会工作者、患者本人及其家属等。本文就COPD多学科合作的建立,多学科合作模式的特点、现状及面临的挑战进行综述。

Multi - disciplinary cooperation in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） is a patient - centered service approach which is based on multi - disciplinary teamwork and provides the patients with comprehensive and individual treatment, care and rehabilitation. Its team members include respiratory physicians, nurses, rehabilitation technicians, psychological consultants, nutritionists, clinical pharmacists, community general practitioners, community nurses, social workers, patients and their relatives, etc. This paper briefly reviewed the construction, characters, current situation and challenges of COPD multi - disciplinary teamwork.
