摘要
妊娠相关性急性肾损伤(PR-AKI)的发病率在逐年下降,但其仍是导致产妇和胎儿预后不良的危险因素。深入理解妊娠期间肾脏的生理性改变有助于对PR-AKI进行正确的评估、诊断和治疗。本文总结了妊娠期间肾脏的适应性生理变化,肾功能评估,PR-AKI的诱因、病因、诊断和治疗措施,以期临床上能早发现、早诊断和早治疗PR-AKI,改善孕产妇和胎儿预后。
The incidence of PR - AKI decreases year by year. However, it is still associated with poor prognosis of pregnant women and fetals. A thorough understanding of the physiological changes in the kidney that occur during pregnancy is essential for proper evaluation, treatment and diagnosis of PR - AKI, so the article summarizes the renal physiologic adaptations in pregnancy, kidney function evaluation, inducements, causes, diagnosis, treatment of PR - AKI in hopes of early detection, diagnosis and treatment for improving maternal and fetal prognosis.
