Effects of Cervical Cancer Treatment on Sexual Function: A Retrospective Analysis

目的性功能障碍是宫颈癌患者治疗后生活质量下降的一个重要因素,本文旨在探讨宫颈癌治疗对性功能的影响及性功能障碍的发生环节。方法计算机检索Pub Med、万方数据库、中国知网数据库中有关宫颈癌患者治疗后性功能的文献,检索时间为1988年1月—2014年2月,检索词为"Cervical cancer""Cervical tumor""sexual function""sexual life"or"sexual dysfunction""宫颈癌"或"宫颈肿瘤""性功能"或"性生活"或"性功能障碍",从宫颈癌患者治疗后与健康妇女(对照组)性功能的比较、宫颈癌患者治疗前后性功能的比较、不同治疗方式对性功能的影响方面进行描述性分析。性功能包括性欲望、性唤起、性高潮、性交痛4项指标。结果共检索出26篇文献。各文献研究结果不尽相同,多数文献显示宫颈癌患者在治疗后性欲望减弱、阴道润滑困难度加大,性生活次数减少;宫颈癌患者治疗后在性生活过程中达到性高潮的能力没有受到破坏;与对照组相比,宫颈癌患者治疗后性交痛、性交困难程度增加,放疗是导致性交痛的主要因素。结论宫颈癌患者在接受各种方式治疗后,其性功能的各个环节均受到不同程度的影响,尤其是接受过放疗的患者,治疗后性交痛、性交困难程度加重。

Objective To explore the effects of cervical cancer treatment on sexual function and the link of sexual dysfunction occurrence. Methods Pub Med,Wanfang,CNKI were retrieved for literatures on post- treatment sexual function of cervical cancer patients from January,1988 to February,2014,and compared their sexual function（ including sexual desire,arousal,orgasm,sexual pain） with that of healthy women（ control group）,and that between pre- and post- treatment,and analyzed the effects of different treatments on sexual function. Results A total of 26 literatures were enrolled with different research results. Most literatures showed that cervical cancer patients had decreased sexual desire,increased difficulty in vaginal lubrication,reduced times of sexual life after treatment but their ability of orgasm was not destroyed. As compared with control group,the cervical cancer patients had increased difficult in degrees of sexual pains,dyspareunia after treatment. Radiotherapy was the main factors leading to dyspareunia. Conclusion Treatments influence links of sexual functions in cervical cancer patients,especially in those who have received radiotherapy.
