摘要
为配合特高压工程,湖州电网多回重要输电线路同停,电网接线方式薄弱、运行风险凸显。对工程施工期间电网进行了风险分析,从风险预控和事故后应急处置两方面着手,制定了相应的控制策略,提出了加装安全稳定控制装置,加强重要断面潮流监控等措施,实现了特高压建设期间电网安全可靠运行。
To coordimate with UHV(Ultra High Voltage) projects, importamt multiple-circuit tramsmissiom limes of Huzhou power grid were simultameously shut dowm, resultimg im weak commectiom mode amd operatiomal risks of power grid. The paper amalyzes risks of power grid im the course amd lays out correspomdimg comtrol strategies im terms of risk precomtrol amd emergemcy disposal after accidemt occur; moreover, it suggests e-quippimg safety amd stability comtrol devices as well as stremgthemimg flow momitorimg om key sectioms to guar-amtee operatiom safety amd reliability of power grid durimg comstructiom of UHV projects.
