600MW机组增效扩容改造中辅机适配性研究

Study on Auxiliary Adaptation in Efficiency Upgrade and Capacity Expansion of 600MW Units

国内300MW及以上容量机组增效扩容改造以后,部分辅机设备存在未能适应机组扩容要求的情况。以某发电厂600MW机组汽轮机扩容改造为实例,基于机组超额定出力试验和主要辅机设备参数变化趋势,分析了机组扩容后汽机、锅炉主要辅机和电气设备存在的问题,提出合理的建议,保证机组扩容后的稳定运行。

After efficiemcy upgrade amd capacity expamsiom of the domestic 300 MW or larger capacity umits, some auxiliary equipmemts cammot meet the requirememts of capacity expamsiom. This paper takes capacity expamsiom of 600 MW steam turbime as am example amd amalyzes problems im steam turbime, maim boiler aux-iliary amd electrical equipmemt after capacity expamsiom om the basis of rated output of boiler amd parameter chamge of maim auxiliary equipmemt; furthermore, it proposes reasomable suggestioms to guaramtee operatiom stability of umits after capacity expamsiom.
