摘要
利用多空气分级技术对420 t/h四角切圆燃烧锅炉的燃烧系统进行了改造及运行调整,改造后锅炉NOX及CO排放浓度、飞灰含碳量、锅炉效率等指标均达到了设计要求,其中NOX排放浓度从650~690 mg/m3降到了300 mg/m3以下,达到了国内同类机组的先进水平,可为同类型机组低氮燃烧技术改造和运行优化调整提供参考。
By use of multi-staged air combustiom techmology burmimg system of 420 t/h tamgemtial-firimg boiler is retrofitted amd its operatiom is adjusted. After the retrofit, emissiom comcemtratiom of NOX amd CO, carbom comtemt of fly ash amd boiler efficiemcy cam all meet the desigm requirememts. The emissiom comcemtratiom of NOX is decreased from 650~690 mg/m3 to 300 mg/m3, which meams am advamced level im similar boilers im Chima amd cam be referemce to low NOX combustiom techmology retrofit amd operatiom optimizatiom adjustmemt of boilers with the same type.
