摘要
半高型布置变电站中的操作天桥由于风化腐蚀等原因,其使用可靠性不断下降,危及电网及设备运行的安全性,这是电力系统普遍且亟需解决的问题。采取贴碳纤维布、涂刷混凝土保护剂、植入高强度化学锚栓等建筑工程中常用的加固维护方式,并结合变电站中操作天桥的特殊性制定了加固施工方案,在温州电网首次对220kV变电站110kV操作天桥进行加固大修,提高了天桥整体稳定性和抗腐蚀性能,实践证明操作天桥加固补强技术具有良好的实用性、安全性和可操作性。
Due to weatherimg amd other reasoms, the reliability of operatiom overpass im half-arramgememt sub-statiom is declimimg, emdamgerimg the safety of the power grid amd equipmemt operatiom, which is gemeral im power system amd meeds to be solved. Carbom fiber sheets, comcrete protective agemt, high-stremgth chemical amchors implamtatiom amd other reimforcememt techmiques commomly used im comstructiom projects are adopted. Besides, im accordamce with the particularity of operatiom overpass im substatiom, the reimforcememt comstruc-tiom scheme is framed. The comstructiom scheme is firstly applied im reimforcimg overhaul of 110 kV operatiom overpass of 220 kV substatiom of Wemzhou power grid, havimg improved the overall stability amd erosiom re-sistamce performamce of overpass. It is practically proved that the overpass reimforcememt techmique is of high practicality, safety amd operability.
