摘要
采用文献资料的研究方法,对福建省体育集邮协会成立25年以来在体育集邮组织、体育集邮展览和体育集邮学术方面取得的成绩进行回顾,在对福建省体育集邮协会目前存在的问题进行分析的同时,提出了个人的一些看法和意见,其目的是希望引起福建省体育局相关部门对体育集邮的重视和关心,使福建省体育集邮协会重新获得生机与发展,为进一步丰富体育工作者的业余文化生活,加强社会主义精神文明建设服务。
The association of athletic philately of Fujian Province was founded in 1990. On basis of the review of the contemporary athletic philately situation,this essay mainly deals with the problems and reasons behind it and gives out personal advice about how to solve it. Through raising the awareness of leaders in provincial sports bureau,it is hope that this essay could enhance the development of the association of Fujian athletic philately.
