18-C-6+mSA/mCS双极膜的制备及表征

摘要 18-冠醚-6(18-C-6)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)改性海藻酸钠(SA)制备了阳膜层(18-C-6+m SA),戊二醛(GA)和PVA改性壳聚糖(CS)制备了阴膜液(m CS),将阴膜液流延于上述阳膜层上,制备了18-C-6+m SA/m CS双极膜。红外谱图表明18-C-6与海藻酸钠已成功交联。分别从双极膜的氢离子渗透性能、溶胀度、I-V工作曲线、交流阻抗、热稳定性能等方面表征了双极膜的性能,实验结果表明,经18-C-6改性的双极膜具有较低的溶胀度,较低的工作电压和膜阻抗,较高的氢离子渗透性能和热稳定性,是一种性能优异的双极膜。 Cation membrane layer(18-C-6+mSA) was prepared by sodium alginate(SA) modified by polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and 18-crown-6(18-C-6). Glutaraldehyde(GA) and PVA was added into Chitosan(CS). 18-C-6+mSA/mCS bipolar membrane(BPM) was prepared by a paste method. Infrared spectra indicted that 18-C-6 and sodium alginate had crosslinked successfully. The bipolar membrane was characterized by the hydrogen ion permeability, swelling degree, I-U curve, AC impedance, thermal stability, respectively. The experimental results showed that the 18-C-6+mSA/mCS BPM exhibited lower swelling degree, lower AC impedance and working voltage, higher hydrogen ion permeability and thermal stability, which was a kind of excellent performance of bipolar membrane.
