摘要
目的了解西藏大学医学院新生对学校的总体适应状况及其影响因素,分析其原因,并为学院提供意见和建议,使得新生能更好更快的适应大学生活。方法采用普查的方法 ,用自行设计的大学新生学校适应状况问卷调查表对西藏大学医学院的全部新生进行调查。结果西藏大学医学院新生中近50%的2学生遇到过人际交往、生活方面和学习方面的问题。通过进行X检验,来自于不同的生源地和不同民族的学生对学校的总体满意度和学习方面的看待差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);是否为独生子女对生活和学习方面的适应存在的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);家庭人均月收入不同的新生对学校的总体满意度存在的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),可知新生学校适应状况受生源地,民族,是否为独生子女等情况的影响。结论西藏大学医学院新生在学校适应方面存在一定的障碍,新生开学后除了正常的开课外开展相应的交流会等校园活动,对帮助我院大学新生快速适应大学生活是非常必要的。
Objective Provide advice and recommendations to understand Tibet University Medical College freshmen adapt to the overall condition of the school and its influencing factors, analyze their causes, and make better and faster freshmen adapt to college life. Methods Census method, using self-designed school freshmen adaptation questionnaire for all freshmen Tibet University School of Medicine to investigate. The results of Nearly 50% of the new 2students in Tibet university school of medicine in met relationships, life and learning problems. By X test for different students from different places and different nationalities of the students and the school's overall satisfaction with learning differences of view were statistically significant(P〈0.05); whether it is the only child for life and learning differences exist in terms of adaptation was statistically significant(P〈0.05); different freshmen on the school's overall satisfaction with the presence of statistically significant(P〈0.05), known by the freshmen students in the school adaptation nation, whether child and other circumstances affecting.Conclusion Tibet University School of Medicine, a freshman at the school adaptation certain obstacles related solutions have made on this basis, to help my school freshmen quickly adapt to college life is very necessary.
