糖化血红蛋白检测方法研究进展及其意义

摘要 肝细胞性肝癌(Hepatocellular Carcinoma HCC)是近年来发病率上升最快的肿瘤之一。糖尿病、糖代谢异常是危及人类健康的慢性疾病。众多研究结果显示糖尿病是HCC发生、发展的独立危险因素,而肝细胞性肝癌患者多合并有糖代谢异常。二者之间关系密切且相互影响。本文将从糖尿病与HCC的发病风险及肝癌合并糖代谢异常两方面进行阐述,使读者对其两者的关系有进一步的深刻理解,从而在临床工作中加强重视。
