摘要
通过力学性能检验、金相观察,分析了某钢铁公司生产的两种不同成分体系(Nb/Mo系和Nb系)X70管线钢的组织性能差异。分析发现Nb/Mo系钢板强度高于Nb系钢板,Nb/Mo系钢板屈强比整体低于Nb系钢板,主要原因是前者组织中有大量细小均匀的针状铁素体,而后者组织是铁素体和珠光体。同时分析了ACC入水温度和终冷温度对强度指标的影响,发现随着入水温度的提高,强度显著提高;终冷温度的提高降低了钢板的屈强比。
The mechanical properties and microstructure of X70 pipeline steel with two different ingredients system (Nb/ Mo and Nb) produced by a steel company was analyzed through mechanical properties test, metallographic observation. The results showed that the strength of Nb/Mo steel sheet was higher than that of Nb steel sheet, the yielding-to-tensile ratio of Nb/Mo steel sheet was lower than that of Nb steel sheet. The main reasons are that the former' s microstructure is a large number of small uniform acicular ferrite while the latter' s organization is ferrite and pearlite. Meanwhile, the paper discussed the influence of entering ACC temperature and finish cooling temperature on strength index. It was found that the strength of the steel sheet significantly increased with the improvement of entering ACC temperature, the yielding-to-tensile ratio of the steel sheet reduced with the raise of finish cooling temperature.
