摘要
主要针对红钢炼钢厂生产微合金钢产生的裂纹影响因素:钢中化学成分控制、铸坯拉速、二次冷却、结晶器振动等方面,从理论角度,结合红铜炼钢厂的实际生产情况分析了裂纹产生的原因,制定出相应的控制措施,使铸坯裂纹废品率由1.2%左右下降到0.30%以下,铸坯质量显著提高,为产业化生产创造了条件。
This paper mainly aims at the crack influence factors of red steel steelmaking plant production of microalloyed steel: the actual production situation of steel chemical composition control, casting speed, cooling, mold oscillation two aspects from the angle of theory combining red steel steelmaking plant carries on the reason analysis, formulate corresponding control measures, the casting slab crack scrap rate from 1.2% down to 0.30% the following, the slab quality improved significantly, to create the conditions for the industrialized production.
