脱磷炉底吹长寿控制技术的研究与应用

摘要 底吹供气元件的长寿维护是复吹转炉冶炼技术的关键。在生产当中,采用计算机控制技术,精确控制底吹气种类及流量,并通过合理的护炉工艺和底吹维护措施,在底吹元件端部形成“炉渣-金属永久性透气蘑菇头”,并使其在整个炉役或者较长时间内保持良好的形态及透气性能,以保证较好的复吹冶炼效果,对于优质品种钢的生产具有重要意义。 The maintaining long campaign of bottom blowing gas supply components is the key of the smelting technology in the combined-blowing converter. In production, the computer control technology is used to precisely control the type and flow of bottom blowing gas. The reasonable bottom blowing process and maintenance measures are made to promote the formation of "slag - metal mushroom head" at the end of bottom blowing elements and make it easier to keep good shape and permeability in the entire converter life or a long time, ensuring the good top-bottom combined blowing effect. This is of great significance for the high-quality steel production.
