摘要
针对40Mn钢在轧制3.0mm厚度规格以下时出现扁卷的现象,对40Mn钢和低合金高强钢的高温强度进行对比分析,发现40Mn钢在高温下强度较低是造成薄规格扁卷的主要原因。通过对40Mn铜相变点的测试和相变膨胀量的计算确定了40Mn钢的卷取工艺,解决了薄规格40Mn钢卷取扁卷的现象。
For the ovality defect arising in the process of coiling 40Mn steel with thickness below 3.0mm, the article made a comparative analysis on the high temperature strength of 40Mn steel and high strength low alloy steel. The results showed that low strength of 40Mn steel at high temperature was the main reason of the ovality defect for thin products. By testing the phase transformation point of 40Mn steel and calculating the phase transformation expansion, the coiling process of 40Mn steel was adjusted, which finally solved the ovality defect of 40Mn thin coil.
