超高速小规格棒材轧制生产线

摘要 介绍了小规格棒材市场需求变化及目前生产情况,探讨了切分轧制生产小规格棒材的不足。对于超高速轧机生产小规格棒材生产线,从工艺布置和关键设备两个方面进行了描述,同时阐述了超高速轧机生产小规格棒材优越性。超高速轧机是生产小规格棒材的理想选择。 The paper introduced the market demand changes and current production situation of small specification rebar, discussed the deficiency of the slit rolling production for small size rebar. Ultra high speed rolling mill production line for small size rebar were described from two aspects of process arrangement and key equipment. At the same time, its superiority was pointed out. Super high speed rolling mill is ideal choice for the production of small size rebar.
