摘要
以某型堆高机发动机仪表为例,就开发SAE J1939协议通信技术做了分析和研究。基于飞思卡尔MC9S12XS128芯片,结合开源μC/OS-II实时操作系统,搭建了一套支持SAE J1939协议的通信系统,系统可应用于某型堆高机发动机仪表上。给出了通信系统的数据结构设计和算法实现,通过装机实际测试,该系统通信误码率优于10-6。通信系统可靠、稳定,在实际应用中容易作为系统框架进行其他功能的扩展。
With a certain type of engine instrument in forklifts as example, it is analyzed and studied how to develop SAE J1939 protocol communication technology, Based on MC9S12XS128 chip from Freescale and combined with the open source μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system, a communication system supporting SAE J1939 protocol is built in this paper, which can be applied in a certain type of forklift engine instrumentation. The data structure and algorithm design of the communication system are presented. The practical tests show that the bit error rate of the system is less than 106. The communication system is reliable, stable and easy to extend other functions as a framework in applications.
