摘要
生态型师生关系是一种以人为本、和谐与自由的关系体系,是师生不断交往所形成的生态网络体系。在这一体系中,其存在样态具有动态关联性,整体构成具有复杂性特征。构建生态型师生关系是生态学理论的发展性要求,同时又具有丰富的实践价值。生态型师生关系的构建可以通过扩大课堂交往、增进相互理解和重塑教师权威等途径来实现。
The ecotype teacher-student relation is a relational system aimed at people, harmony and freedom. It is an ecological network formed as a result of teacher-student communication, where teachers and students have their own characteristics of complexity in the dynamic interaction. Building the ecotype teacher-students relationship is the requirement of ecological theory, and meanwhile is rich in practical value. In order to establish the ecotype teacher-student relation, we need to increase the classroom interaction, enhance the mutual understanding and establish teachers' authority.
