Subject Reconstruction and Social Governance System Reform:On the Social Composite Subject in Hangzhou

随着改革开放深入,经济社会的大发展和大转型,由政府扮演社会治理唯一主体的传统模式面临越来越严峻的挑战,寻求"治道变革",重构社会治理结构,这是社会治理体系变革的必由之路。杭州社会复合主体就是在这一大背景下,对传统社会治理模式的创新。本文旨在搞清楚社会复合主体在杭州孕育、生长的生态机理,进而探究杭州社会复合主体的治理绩效,特别是对于社会转型和社会治理体系变革的作用和影响。

Along with the development and transformation of economic society after the opening up and reform,the traditional mode with the government as the unique subject of social governance is facing more and more challenges. It is the only road for the social governance system reform to seek ' governance transition' and reconstruct social governance structure. The social composite subject in Hangzhou is an innovation for the traditional social governance mode. This paper is aimed to figure out the ecological mechanism of the social composite subject in Hangzhou,and further explores its governance performance,especially its functions and effects on social transformation and social governance system reform.
