摘要
建立了利用双频超声波萃取前处理及高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中7种甾体激素的方法。样品前处理采用双频超声波萃取法,含量测定采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为五氟苯基键合硅胶柱(100 mm×2.1 mm×2.6μm),流动相为0.1%(质量分数)甲酸水溶液-0.1%(质量分数)甲酸乙腈溶液(68∶32,体积比),梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm。结果发现:7种甾体激素能够完全基线分离,空白基质不干扰检测。7种甾体激素的标准曲线在0.08~52.0μg/mL的范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r〉0.999。回收率为86.0%~113.2%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~7.6%,检测限20~50 ng/mL。
A method for determination of seven kinds of steroid hormone in cosmetics by dual-frequency ultrasonic pre-treatment method and high performance liquid chromatography had been established. The SunS hell PFP column( 100 mm × 2. 1 mm × 2. 6 μm) was used,0. 1%( mass fraction) formic acid aqueous solution- acetonitrile containing 0. 1%( mass fraction) formic acid( 68 ∶ 32,volume ratio) was used as mobile phase for gradient elution,the flow rate was 0. 3 mL / min,the detection wavelength was 254 nm. The results showed that the linear range was 0. 08 to 52 μg / mL with correlation coefficients greater than 0. 999,and the recoveries for the seven steroid hormones ranged from 86. 0% to 113. 2%,the relative standard deviations were in the range of 2. 4% to 7. 6%. The lowest detection limits were between 20 and 50 ng / mL.
