摘要
建立了含甘草成分化妆品中甘草苷和甘草酸含量的测定方法。样品经甲醇提取后用反相高效液相色谱法进行测定。色谱柱为CAPCELL PAK MGⅡC18(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm),乙腈-0.05%(体积分数)磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长237 nm,流速1.0 mL/min。甘草苷和甘草酸进样量分别在0.0597~1.194μg和0.0547~1.095μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数r均为1.000,乳液样品的平均回收率分别为101.3%和101.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.82%和0.26%(n=6)。方法准确可靠、重复性好,可用于含甘草化妆品中甘草苷和甘草酸含量的检测。
To establish a method for the determination of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in cosmetics containing the components of liquorice,the samples extracted by methanol were detected by CAPCELL PAK MGⅡ C18( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm × 5 μm) column,using gradient elution with acetonitrile-0. 05%( volume ratio) phosphoric acid and UV wavelength detector at 237 nm,the flow rate was 1. 0mL / min. The linear range of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid were 0. 0597 to 1. 194 μg and 0. 0547 to 1. 095 μg,respectively,the good correlation coefficients were obtained and r were all 1. 000. The average recovery rates of emulsion samples were 101. 3% and 101.7%,RSD were 0. 82% and 0. 26%( n = 6). The method is accurate,credible and repeatable,which can be used to detect liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in cosmetics containing liquorice.
