摘要
目的:建立一种适用于测定祛风止痛胶囊中没食子酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用光二极管阵列检测器(DAD);固定相为Alttima C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(5:95);检测波长266 nm;流量为1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果:没食子酸在0.07~1.33μg·mL^(-1)的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为100.4%,其RSD为0.74%(n=6);检测限为0.74 ng。结论:本法简便、准确,重现性好,可作为检测祛风止痛胶囊中没食子酸含量的质控方法。
Objective： To establish a suitable method for determination of gallic acid in Qufeng Zhitong Capsules by HPLC. Method：A DAD detector was applied; the separation of gallic acid was performed on a column of Alttima C1s（4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5μm） with the mobile phase of the mixture of methanoland 0. 2% phosphoric acid （ 5：95 ） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min ^-1. The detection wavelength was 266 nm. Results： There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0.07-1.33 μg· mL^-1 （r =0. 999 9） , the average recovery was 100. 4% with RSD of 0.74% （ n = 6）. The LOD was 0. 74 ng. Conclusion ： The method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Qufeng Zhitong Capsules.
