摘要
文章归纳了国内外有关临床护士组织公平感的相关研究,分析了临床护士组织公平感现状、临床护士组织公平感的影响因素,其中影响因素包括个人因素、管理因素和其他结果变量因素。在此基础上综述了降低临床护士组织公平感低的对策,提出国内关于护士的组织公平感和工作绩效的研究尚少,未来还需要有更多关于这方面的研究。
The paper reviewed the overseas and domestic studies of organizational justice among clinical nurses. It analyzed the factors affecting the clinical nurse organizational justice situation, a sense of fairness clinical nurse organization which factors include personal factors, management factors and other factors in the outcome variable. On this basis, a low sense of fairness reviewed to reduce clinical nurse organization measures proposed still small domestic research on nurses'organizational justice and job performance,but also the need for more research in this regard in the future.
