摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径在学龄期急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿健康教育中的应用效果。方法将200例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿分为对照组和观察组各100例,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组制订健康教育路径,进行人员培训,调查健康教育需求,并根据健康教育路径表实施健康教育。结果观察组患儿的焦虑水平降低,健康教育达标率提高(P<0.01)。结论健康教育路径可降低患儿的焦虑水平,提高患儿的健康教育达标率,保证临床治疗和护理的顺利进行。
Objective To evaluate the effects of health education path in school - age children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Methods Totally, 200 school -age children with acute lymphoblastie leukemia were divided into the experimental group (n = 100) and the control group (n = 100 ). The control group was given conventional health education, while the experimental group received the health education path. Results The children anxiety in the experimental group was lower, while health education achieved rate of disease knowledge was higher in the experimental group than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Application of health education path can reduce anxiety level and improve achieved rate of disease knowledge of the children, which makes clinical treatment and care run smoothly.
