通过总结开展护理品管圈活动易出现的问题,在此基础上提出解决其问题的建议。连续不断的推行管理,提高护理质量的工作方法,设定目标,制订对策并实施和进行效果评价,从而促进护理质量的持续改进。品管圈管理活动应用于护理工作,使护理管理实现由以物为中心的传统管理向以人为中心的现代管理转变,使护士由被动变主动,是护理质量持续改进的一种有效实用工具,值得推广应用。

The paper summarized the common problems in quality control circle（QCC） activity and proposed the suggestions to solve the problems. Continuous management, work methods to improve nursing quality, setting goals, developing strategies and implementing effect evaluation can promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality. QCC management activities applied in nursing care make nursing management change from a material - centered management to a people -centered management, make nurses change from passive to active, which is a kind of effective nursing quality continuous improvement utility, and is worthy of popularization and application.
