In recent years, periodicals of natural science and technology are developing rapidly, which has played certain role in every field. In order to further strengthen and improve the journal publication management of Minzu University of China （ NATURAL SCIENCE EDITION）, the existing problems and situation is summarized and analyzed in this essay, which aims to find out problems through the phenomenon and make a further analysis of the problems. Consequently, the basic method to solve the problem can be found and applied provide value suggestions to positive development of the Minzu University of China （NATURAL SCIENCE EDITION）.
