摘要
经颅磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)的临床应用首见于1985年,目前已在神经精神及康复医学领域得到了广泛应用,而其在耳鸣治疗中的临床应用始于2000年前后,经过10余年的积累,现处于高速发展阶段。本文就TMS治疗耳鸣的靶标皮质、刺激参数、副作用、评估及预后指标等进行了归纳和总结。TMS治疗耳鸣安全、有效、可靠,但仍需探索更个体化准确的靶标皮质、更好的刺激参数及临床可行的客观评估指标。随着听觉-非听觉脑区网络系统研究及耳鸣评估及预后指标的完善,必将推动TMS本身的进一步发展。
Since its first clinic use in 1985, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) has been widely applied to the fields of neuropsychiatry and rehabilitation. The clinic use of TMS in tinnitus began around 2000, and has emerging as a valuable therapeutic and diagnostic tool for tinnitus over the past decade. We now provide an overview of the target cortex,stimulus parameters,side effects,assessment and prognostic indicators in TMS use of tinnitus.Although TMS is safe and effective for tinnitus, precise individual targeted cortex, better stimulus parameters and clinical feasible objective evaluation index remain unresolved. Advancements of the tinnitus-related network and assessment and prognostic index of tinnitus are necessary to improve the effectiveness of TMS.
