我国油用牡丹产业发展若干问题的思考

Thoughts on the development of the oil tree peonyindustry in China

油用牡丹是我国特有的生物资源,为落叶小灌木,具有抗性强、适应范围广、产量高和油质好等特点,是具有多目标开发价值的木本油料植物。目前,我国油用牡丹的发展还存在政策支持力度不够、产业化水平不高、市场开拓亟待加强等问题。基于我国粮油安全、促进农民增收致富的战略,提出了国家出台相关政策支持,摸清资源本底,开展应用研究,培育优良品系,构建产业体系等建议和思考。

The oil tree peonyas a special biological resources in our country,is a woody oil plants with multi-objective development value,with strong resistance,wide adaptation,high yield,and oil well.At present,the policy support of the development of oil tree peony industry is not enough,industrialization level is not high,the market development needs to be strengthened.Based on China＇s grain security,promote the strategy of farmers＇ income to get rich,we put forward the suggestions and thinking for the national relevant policy support,resources investigatior carrying out applied research,cultivating superior strains,building industry system.
