综合护理干预对膀胱肿瘤手术行泌尿造口患者生活质量的影响

The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the life quality of the urinary bladder tumor patients with colostomy

目的：探讨综合护理干预对膀胱肿瘤手术行泌尿造口患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2010年1月至2013年12月住院的膀胱肿瘤手术行泌尿造口患者42例，随机分为两组对照组和观察组，每组21例。对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者实施综合护理干预。采用癌症患者生活质量核心量表（ EORTC QLQ－C30）评定患者的生活质量，比较两组患者护理前后的生活质量。结果护理后两组患者功能量表评分（躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、社会功能、情绪功能）均显著增加（均P＜0．05），症状量表评分（疲乏、恶心呕吐、疼痛）、单项评分（气促、失眠、食欲丧失、便秘、腹泻）均显著下降（均P＜0．05）。但观察组患者功能量表评分均明显高于对照组（均P＜0．05），症状量表评分、单项评分均明显低于对照组（均P＜0．05）。结论综合护理干预可显著提高膀胱肿瘤手术行泌尿造口患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the life quality of the urinary bladder tumor patients with colostomy.Methods In our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013, 42 the urinary bladder tumor patients with colosto-my were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group with 21 cases in each group.The routine nursing was adopted in the control group and the observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention.EORTC QLQ-C30 was used to assess the patients＆39;life quality, the life quality of the patients in the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results The scores of func-tional rating scales of two groups （ physical function, role function, cognitive function, social function, emotional function） were significantly increased （all P〈0.05）, the scores of symptoms rating scales （fatigue, nausea and vomiting, pain） and the score of single item （anhe-lation, insomnia, appetite loss, astriction, diarrhea） all significantly reduced （all P〈0.05）.The scores of functional rating scales of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the scores of symptoms rating scales and the score of single item were just the opposite.Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the life quality of the urinary bladder tumor pa-tients with colostomy.
