护理岗位实施绩效考核对护理质量的影响

摘要 目的:探讨护理岗位采用绩效考核制度对护理人员自身水平、工作能力等的影响。方法从我院109位在岗护理人员中随机抽选17名,采取1年绩效考核,通过制定考核标准制度、宣传培训等措施,比较绩效考核措施落实后,护理工作者的业务水平、患者满意度等指标与绩效考核前差异。结果本次绩效考核前后理论知识掌握度、护理技能掌握度、护理文件书写规范性得分比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),三项指标得分有所提高;绩效考核前、后患者满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),本次绩效考核最终分数(84.48±0.89)分。结论对护理工作引入绩效考核制度能够有效地提高护士的自身素质及服务质量。 Objective To study the effect of nursing positions performance appraisal in the quality of care.Methods Seventeen editorial nurses were chosen, they accepted performance appraisal for 1 year since 2011, Care workers business level of patient satisfaction before and after performance appraisal were compared by system of appraisal standards, advocacy training and other measures.Results There were statistically different about theoretical knowledge to master degrees, care skills, nursing documentation writing normative score be-fore and after performance appraisal ( P〈0.01) , three indicators score were improved;the patients&39;satisfaction degree before and after per-formance assessment was statistically significant difference (x2=7.42, P〈0.05), patient satisfaction increased; the performance evalua-tion of the final scores were ( 84.48 ± 0.89 ) points.Conclusions The performance appraisal system can effectively improve their own quality and service quality.
