Influence of PBL teaching method on active learning and teaching satisfaction of nursing students

摘要 目的:探讨PBL教学法对改善护理实习生(护生)学习主动性和教学满意度中的应用。方法将进入我科室实习的40例护理应届毕业实习生随机分为实验组和对照组,每组20例,对照组采用传统临床带教方法,观察组采用PBL以问题导向式教学法( PBL),比较两组护生的学习积极性和教学满意度。结果实验组在自主学习、主动参与、相互沟通、批判思维等方面的学习主动性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组在综合能力、知识掌握、授课吸引力、互动性等方面的满意度高于对照组,有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法有利于提高护生的学习主动性和教学满意度,有助于高素质的人才队伍建设。 Objective To investigate the PBL teaching method on active learning and teaching satisfaction of the nursing train.Methods A total of 40 cases of nursing graduating interns entered our department internship were randomly divided into the experi-mental group and the control group, 20 cases in each group, the control group was received the traditional clinical teaching method, the ob-servation group were given PBL teaching method, the enthusiasm for learning and teaching satisfaction were compared.Results The autono-mous learning, active participation, mutual communication, critical thinking and other aspects of the learning initiative in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05) .The satisfaction degree of comprehensive ability, knowledge, teaching at-traction, interactive in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05) .Conclusions PBL teaching method is helpful to improve students&39;initiative and teaching satisfaction.
