摘要
目的:通过对村干部的心理资本与工作应激、工作满意度和心理健康的关系分析,探讨心理资本对积极和消极心理的影响作用,进而说明心理资本是否适合作为村干部心理调适能力的核心内容。方法:采用心理资本问卷、职业应激量表、总体工作满意度量表和K10量表对吉林省315名农村干部进行问卷调查,综合运用相关分析、回归分析、路径分析等统计方法考察以上四个变量的内在关系和作用机制。结果:村干部心理资本对工作满意度的直接效应显著(效应值0.46,P<0.001),对心理失调的直接效应不显著(效应值0.09,P>0.05),间接效应亦不显著(P>0.05)。心理资本中韧性和自我效能二因子对村干部工作满意度的回归效应显著(P<0.001),二者共同解释总变异的23.1%。结论:心理资本对村干部工作满意度有积极作用但对不良心理的影响不大,这说明包含自信(自我效能)、希望、韧性、乐观四因子的心理资本不宜作为村干部心理调适能力的核心内容。
Objective To reveal psychological capital's effect on mental states, to study its relationship with job stress,job satisfaction and mental disorder. Methods A total of 315 rural cadres from Jilin province were surveyed with PCQ- 24 (Psychological Capital Questionnaire- 24), OSS (Occupational Stress Scale), OJS (Overall Job Satisfaction) and K10 (Kessler 10 Scale). Varieties of statistic methods were adopted including correlation analysis,analysis of re- gression and path analysis with observed variables. Results The effect of psychological capital on job satisfaction was significant(P〈0.01). The direct and indirect effects of psychological capital on mental health were not significant (P〉 0.05). Resilience and self-- efficacy had significant regression effect on job satisfactions (P 〈0. 001 ), which explained 23.1% of the total variance of job satisfaction. Conclusions Psychological capital can influence job satisfactions greatly, but can not influence mental.health effectively,therefore,psychological capital which included confidence (self--effica- cy),resilience,hope and optimism can't be regarded as the core content of the psychological adjustment.
