阜南县基层妇幼健康服务能力建设现状与建议

目的:文章通过对阜南县基层妇幼健康服务队伍、设备、设施,以及业务运行指标的分析,明确基层妇幼健康服务能力建设方面存在的问题,进而提出有效的解决途径与建议。方法:以调查表的形式收集基层妇幼健康服务的有关信息并进行统计分析。结果:基层妇幼健康服务人员数量不足、学历层次偏低、职称结构不合理,设备较落后,业务用房面积不足,导致妇幼健康服务能力偏低,妇幼健康服务工作质量不高。结论:通过多种途径改善基层妇幼健康服务人员的结构,加大县级妇幼保健机构能力建设力度,从而带动基层妇幼健康服务整体水平的提高;基本公共卫生服务经费要确保孕产妇和儿童保健工作需要,全额兑现。

Objective Through the analysis of operation indicators of primary maternal and child health service including team, equipment and facilities around the county, this article clarifies problems in maternal and child health service ability con- struction, and puts forward the solutions and suggestions for solving the problems. Methods Statistical analysis was made of health services data collected by questionnaires. Results The problems included shortage in maternal and child health service personnel, low educational level, unreasonable structure of professional titles, backward equipment, insufficient business hous- ing,which resuhed in poor capacity and low quality of maternal and child health service. Conclusions We should improve the structure of basic maternal and child health service staff through various channels,increase the capacity construction in county --level maternal and child health care institutions to improve the overall level of basic maternal and child health services and provide sufficient funds to meet the needs of maternal and child health work.
