从细胞因子角度看肿瘤微环境对免疫细胞及肿瘤细胞的影响 被引量:18

Impact of Tumor Microenviroment on Immune Cells and Cancer Cells from Cytokines Perspective

摘要 近年来,肿瘤微环境对肿瘤细胞影响的研究逐渐深入,肿瘤微环境可以通过多种途径影响肿瘤细胞的变化,此变化过程与细胞因子密切相关。细胞因子来自肿瘤微环境中的免疫细胞和肿瘤细胞,在体内通过多种方式参与肿瘤的演进转归过程,发挥协同或拮抗效应。尽管它们自身并不具备明确的抗瘤或者抑瘤能力,但却是肿瘤微环境与肿瘤细胞信息交换的桥梁。因此针对细胞因子的合理引导可能是抗肿瘤免疫治疗的重要环节。文章就细胞因子影响微环境中免疫细胞变化以及加强肿瘤细胞遗传不稳定性并破坏肿瘤细胞DNA的机制进行综述。 The research on the impact of the tumor microenviroment on the tumor cells has been gradually deepened recently. The microenviroment can influence the cancer cells through various ways,which is associated with variation of cytokines. Cytokines are secreted from cancer cells or immune cells in the tumor microenviroment and take part in the development of tumor through various ways with the mechanisms of synergism and antagonism. Although cytokines do not exert remarkably anti-cancer effect in the tumor progression, they are recognized as a link between cancer cells and tumor microenviroment. A rational neutralization or modulation in the cytokines of tumor may be important in anti-tumor immunotherapy. This review will focus on the mechanisms of cytokines affect the immune cells in the tumor environment and enhance genomic instability of cancer cells and DNA damage associated with cytokines.
