舒血宁联合电针治疗腔隙性脑梗死疗效观察

Effect of Shuxuening combined with electroacupuncture on lacunar infarction

目的探讨舒血宁联合电针治疗腔隙性脑梗死(LI)的临床效果。方法 90例LI患者根据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者给予抗血小板聚集、调节血脂、加强脑细胞营养等常规治疗;观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用电针、舒血宁治疗,2组患者均治疗14 d。治疗前后测定2组患者血浆黏度,并进行神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗前2组患者血浆黏度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者血浆黏度均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者血浆黏度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者神经功能缺损评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者神经功能缺损评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为93.33%和84.44%,观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁联合电针治疗能显著改善LI患者的血浆黏度和神经功能缺损。

Objective To study the effect of Shuxuening combined with electroacupuncture on lacunar infarction（ LI）.Methods Ninety patients with LI were divided into observation group and control group according to therapeutic method,forty-five patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated with antiplatelet aggregation,regulating blood fat,enhancing brain cell nutrition and other conventional treatment; based on these,the patients in observation group were treated with electroacupuncture Shuxuening; all patients were treated for 14 days. The plasma viscocity and neurologic impairment score of patients in the two groups were detected before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in plasma viscocity between the two groups before treatment（ P〉0. 05）. The plasma viscocity after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The plasma viscocity in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in neurologic impairment score between the two groups before treatment（ P〉0. 05）. The neurologic impairment score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The neurologic impairment score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate in observation group and control group was 93. 33% and84. 44% respectively,the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shuxuening combined with electroacupuncture can significantly improve the plasma viscosity and neurologic impairment in patients with LI.
