压铸转子的质量问题较多,它们与转子压铸机的工作状态、压铸工艺参数的选定、压铸模的结构、转子铁心的叠压、铝及铝合金的熔炼以及压铸过程的操作等各种因素都有关。

There were lots of quality problems in the die-casting rotor, which had something to do with operation status of the die-casting machine, selection of processing parameters of the die-casting, construction of the die-cast-ing mould, stacking of the rotor lamination and melting of the aluminum and its alloy as well as the various kinds of factors such as the operations during the die-casting pro-cess.
