摘要
针对链脚式电动爬楼载物车,出于制造成本及减轻重量等因素考虑,对爬楼载物车的主体传动部分进行设计,采用了同步带、齿轮和链传动3种相结合的传动方案,使得整体传动部分结构紧凑,重量最优。通过Solid W orks对实体模型进行搭建,最后用A D A M S对所设计的爬楼载物车传动系统进行了动力学仿真,仿真结果表明新的传动系统的输出满足爬升要求,并对齿轮传动进一步的优化奠定了基础。
This paper designs a battery-powered stairs climbing loading car based on the chain abutment. Taking into consideration of the manufacturing costs,weight reduction and other factors,we design the main transmission system of stairs climbing loading car by adopting the program of a combination of three parts, namely synchronous belt,gear and chain transmission,so compact and lightest structure of overall transmission system is obtained. Physical model is built based on Solid Works,and the dynamic simulation of the transmission system in stairs climbing loading car is carried out using ADAMS. The simulation results show that the output of the transmission system could meet the design requirements and provide reference for the further optimization of the gear transmission.
